Privacy
Short version: what you enter stays on your device, there are no cookies, and we only see aggregated page-view statistics.
What you enter
Your age, heart rates, weekly goal and logged sessions are processed by code running in your browser. To make “fill in, save, print” work, they are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device (under the name z2c.v1). They are never sent to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them. You can delete them at any time with “Clear this week” or by clearing your browser’s data for this site.
Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
To see how many people use the site and which pages they visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not set cookies, does not use your browser storage or fingerprinting, and does not identify or follow individual visitors. We only see aggregated numbers such as page views per page, referring sites, countries and device types. A small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com reports each page view to Cloudflare. Nothing you type into the calculator or planner is included.
Cookies and advertising
The site currently sets no cookies and shows no ads. We may add advertising (for example Google AdSense) in the future to keep the tools free. If we do, we will update this page before it goes live and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
